West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., a diversified wood products company, has completed the sale of its Quesnel River Pulp and Slave Lake Pulp mills to an Atlas Holdings affiliate. This strategic move, following earlier asset disposals, sharpens the company’s focus on becoming North America’s leading building products company. The two mills, which produce pulp for paper products, will now be operated by Millar Western Forest Products.
