Wells Fargo & Company has announced the full redemption of its 6.625% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Class A Preferred Stock, Series R, along with all associated depositary shares, on March 15, 2024. Following this redemption, no Series R Preferred Stock or related depositary shares will be left outstanding.
