Washington Federal (WAFD) has released an update.
On January 30, 2024, WaFd and Luther Burbank announced they have received all necessary regulatory approvals for LB Savings to merge into WaFd Bank and for Luther Burbank to merge into WaFd. This is in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Merger Agreement.
