Cirata plc has announced the resignation of Xenia Walters as a Non-Executive Director due to her new executive role which limits her time for Cirata. Her departure is set for 24 July 2024, and the company is currently searching for her successor. Cirata expressed gratitude for Xenia’s valuable contributions during her service.
