Wall Financial Corporation reported a decrease in net earnings for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2024, with profits of $22.2 million, down from $48.2 million the previous year, attributed to a one-time gain from a property sale in the prior year. Despite the drop, the company saw increased revenue from rental apartments due to acquisitions, lower vacancies, and higher rents, and improved performance from its hotel operations. However, revenue from condominium sales declined, impacting the overall financial results.
