Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
At the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., all proposed directors were elected to the Board until the next Annual Meeting, Deloitte & Touche LLP was ratified as the independent accounting firm, and the compensation of named executive officers was approved on an advisory basis. The advisory vote frequency on executive compensation was set to annual. All other stockholder proposals, including those regarding cigarette waste, an independent board chairman, living wage policy, EEO policy risk report, and reproductive healthcare legislation risks, were not approved.
