Vow Green Metals AS has received a voluntary cash offer from Midas Industri AS to acquire all outstanding shares, excluding those held by Rollover Shareholders, at NOK 0.95 per share. The board of Vow Green Metals has unanimously recommended acceptance of the offer, which has already been pre-accepted by shareholders holding approximately 67% of the shares. The offer has received acceptances representing 90.17% of the company’s share capital and voting rights, satisfying the minimum acceptance condition. The offer period will not be extended beyond June 23, 2025, and upon completion, Midas Industri AS intends to acquire the remaining shares and delist the company from Euronext Growth Oslo.
