Volt Resources Ltd (AU:VRC) has released an update.
Volt Resources Ltd has announced a significant change in director Asimwe Kabunga’s interest in the company, where Kabunga Holdings Pty Ltd, largely beneficially owned by Kabunga, acquired over 21 million shares and around 10 million options. The transactions took place at $0.007 per share, in line with the terms approved by shareholders in a recent general meeting. This move has not involved any disposal of securities, leaving Kabunga with an increased total holding in Volt Resources.
