Vizsla Silver Corp. has announced a corporate reorganization by executing an arrangement agreement with Vizsla Royalties Corp., including a shareholder vote on the distribution of shares and warrants. The company also introduced an at-the-market equity program (ATM Program) with Canaccord Genuity Corp., allowing for the potential sale of up to C$50 million in shares to the public at market prices to increase financial flexibility. This news comes alongside their commitment to advance the Panuco silver-gold project in Mexico, boasting significant drilling efforts and a development focus for 2024.
