Vita Life Sciences Ltd has disclosed a change in Director Henry Townsing’s interests, where he indirectly disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares at $2.10 per share through Land Real Pty Ltd, reducing his total indirect holdings to 794,744 shares. This adjustment leaves Townsing with a combined direct and indirect interest of 810,014 shares in the company.
