Vista Gold Corp. has appointed Michel Sylvestre, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the mining industry, as a new director. Sylvestre, who has held significant positions at Kinross Gold Corp., Hochschild Mining PLC, Nickel Creek Platinum Corp., and other companies, brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He will be compensated in line with the company’s standard policies for directors, including cash and Deferred Share Units, plus a one-time award of 100,000 DSUs as a new director.
