Visa Inc. (V) has released an update.
Visa Inc. has initiated an exchange offer for its Class B-1 common stock, allowing shareholders to trade their shares for a mix of Class B-2 and Class C common stock, along with cash for any fractional shares. This offer, which is based on specific conversion rates, will remain open until May 3, 2024. Shareholders who choose to participate must agree to a makewhole agreement related to certain U.S. litigation costs.
