Virtual Mind Holding Company Limited announced two significant transactions involving King Castle after trading hours on October 10, 2024: a subscription agreement for 100 million new shares at a premium price, and a share transfer agreement for the sale of 60 million shares, both aimed at raising working capital for the company. The subscription represents approximately 4.01% of the existing issued share capital, while the share sale represents about 2.41%.
