Virgin Money UK PLC has announced the full redemption of its €500,000,000 2.875% fixed-rate senior notes due in 2025 on June 24, 2024. This strategic financial move follows the March 2024 issuance of new senior notes worth €750,000,000 at a 4.000% fixed rate due in 2028, indicating active management of the company’s funding. Post-redemption, the notes will be canceled, and they will be delisted from both the Official List of the FCA and the London Stock Exchange.
