View Inc (VIEW) has released an update to notify the public and investors about listing compliance status.
View, Inc. was notified by Nasdaq that it failed to meet the stockholders’ equity requirement for continued listing and its submitted compliance plan was rejected, leading to a delisting determination. The company intends to appeal this decision and has requested a hearing with the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which temporarily stays the delisting. View is exploring options to regain compliance, but there is no guarantee the Panel will allow continued listing or that the company will meet the criteria within any granted extension.
