V. F. Corporation’s Executive Vice President and CFO, Matthew Puckett, is set to leave the company at a mutually agreed-upon date. He will remain CFO during the search for his replacement to ensure a smooth transition. Puckett’s departure is amicable, with no disputes or disagreements cited regarding the company’s financial practices. Upon leaving, he’ll receive severance as per the company’s plan, and his equity awards will be handled according to the existing agreements.
