VersaBank, known as the world’s first fully digital financial institution, will be hosting its 2024 Annual and Special Meeting on April 17, which will be available via live stream. Shareholders are reminded to submit their proxy votes by April 15 if they wish to vote electronically. The innovative bank continues to focus on underserved banking market segments and cyber security solutions through its subsidiary, DRT Cyber Inc.
