Verisk Analytics (VRSK) just unveiled an announcement.
Verisk Analytics, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors with the addition of Gregory Hendrick, an insurance and reinsurance industry veteran with over 35 years of experience. Hendrick, who currently serves as CEO of Vantage Group and has previously led AXA XL, will join the now eleven-member board and is set to stand for election at the 2024 annual shareholders meeting. His appointment comes with no pre-existing arrangements or undisclosed related party transactions, and he will be compensated in line with the company’s Director Compensation Plan.
