Verditek Plc has announced plans to acquire Cosgrove & Drew Ltd and South West Heating Services Ltd, with a conditional fundraise of up to £4 million at 7.5 pence per share to finance the acquisitions and provide working capital. The proposed acquisitions are part of a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 and require shareholder approval, with a general meeting scheduled for 27 August 2024. These strategic moves aim to position Verditek as a leading player in the energy services sector, supporting the UK’s decarbonisation agenda.
