Venus Concept (VERO) has released an update.
Venus Concept Inc.’s board of directors has approved a series of transaction completion bonuses for key executives contingent on the successful completion of a significant company transaction that leads to a change of control. The bonuses, which vary in amount depending on the transaction size, will be awarded to Rajiv De Silva, Hemanth Varghese, Ph.D., Domenic Della Penna, and Ross Portaro, provided they meet specific conditions, including remaining active full-time employees in good standing on the payment date.
