In a recent update, Venture Minerals Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of Director Norman Mel Ashton, who acquired 2,440,890 listed options through an on-market purchase for $9,873.56. Following this transaction, Mr. Ashton’s indirect interest now totals 11,230,741 ordinary shares and 12,000,000 listed options exercisable on or before 25 July 2025.
