Veidekke Revamps Oslo Building into Student Housing

Veidekke ASA (GB:0GF6) has released an update.

Veidekke ASA has been contracted by the Anker Foundation to transform an old office building in Oslo into modern student housing, with a project value of 163 million NOK excluding VAT. The renovation will create 99 student apartments with amenities such as commercial spaces, a gym, and a cinema room, addressing the critical need for student accommodation in the city. The project, which will begin post-summer and is slated for completion in August 2025, is a significant addition to the Anker Foundation’s existing portfolio of 1,800 student homes.
