Van Wagener, with two decades of experience across various sectors, steps into the role with a strong background from his previous positions at BetterUp and Veeva, among others. His compensation includes a substantial base salary and eligibility for standard benefits, along with a series of equity grants that are subject to vesting conditions. This change in leadership comes as the former Interim CFO, Tim Cabral, steps down but retains his seat on the Veeva Board of Directors.
