Vaxart, Inc. has announced the appointment of Steven Lo as the new Chief Executive Officer, President, and principal executive officer, effective March 18, 2024. With over 25 years in the healthcare and biotech sectors, Lo brings a wealth of experience, including holding C-level positions at various biopharmaceutical companies. As part of his compensation, he will have a base salary of $600,000, with the potential for a 50% bonus, and will be granted stock options and restricted stock units. Michael J. Finney, the outgoing Interim President and CEO, will continue as the Chair of the Board.
