Unity Software CPTO Marc Whitten Transition and Exit Package

Unity Software (U) has shared an announcement.

Unity Software Inc. has announced the departure of Marc Whitten, their Chief Product and Technology Officer, effective December 31, 2024. Whitten will transition to a Strategic Advisor role after June 1, 2024, and maintain his salary and equity vesting until year-end. His exit package includes an extended exercise period for stock options, a total of $815,801 in various lump-sum cash payments, and continued health care benefits. The package is conditional on his continued service until the resignation date, with clauses specifying forfeiture of certain benefits if he leaves for specific reasons.
