United Airlines Appoints Brigitte Bokemeier as New VP and Controller

The latest announcement is out from United Airlines Holdings (UAL).

United Airlines Holdings, Inc. has appointed Brigitte Bokemeier as the new Vice President, Controller, and principal accounting officer, starting March 1, 2024. Bokemeier, with 19 years at the company, steps up from her role as Assistant Controller, a position she’s held since October 2023. Her promotion comes with adjusted compensation, which includes a base salary increase, short-term and long-term incentive opportunities, and a promotional equity award of $191,131. This change follows Christopher T. Kenny’s decision to resign from the post, effective the same date, though he will aid in the transition until June 2024. This management shift is not due to any operational disagreements.
