Unigold Inc. has announced a private placement aiming to raise up to $2 million through the sale of 25 million units at $0.08 each, which includes a common share and a half warrant, with warrants exercisable at $0.12. The funds are intended for further exploration and development of its Neita Concession in the Dominican Republic and for general corporate purposes. The offering is subject to regulatory approvals and will adhere to a four-month hold period post-issue.
