Ubs Group (CH:UBSG) has released an update.
UBS Group AG has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 24, 2024, with a key agenda item being the proposed cash dividend of USD 0.70 per share for the 2023 financial year. The AGM will also see the election of board members, with Gail Kelly nominated for the board as Dieter Wemmer steps down after eight years. All other current board members are standing for re-election, and the meeting will be available for live viewing in both German and English on the company’s website.
