ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN Class B (AMUB) has released an update.
In a landmark deal, UBS AG is set to absorb Credit Suisse AG without any exchange of consideration, as both banks are owned by UBS Group AG. The merger, subject to regulatory approvals, will dissolve Credit Suisse as an entity. Additionally, UBS has released unaudited pro forma financial statements to illustrate the potential impact of the merger, noting that these are solely for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the final financial outcomes.
