(TSMC) has reported a swift and effective response to the recent magnitude 7.2 earthquake in Taiwan, with safety protocols successfully implemented and no major damages to critical facilities. TSMC announced over 70% recovery in tool operations within 10 hours, expecting full restoration shortly, and assures ongoing communication with customers as they continue to assess and mitigate the impact on production lines.
