Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) has released an update.
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has unveiled a slate of ten director nominees, including seven incumbents and three new faces, who will stand for election in the upcoming Annual General Meeting on June 4, 2024. TSMC’s current chairman, Dr. Mark Liu, expresses his gratitude towards the board members for their contributions and is confident in the continued success of TSMC under the new board’s leadership. The announcement comes alongside the retirement of two esteemed board members, Ms. Kok-Choo Chen and Mr. Yancey Hai, whose service has been acknowledged with appreciation.
