TruBridge, Inc. has appointed Vita MacIntyre as the new Controller and principal accounting officer, bringing her extensive experience from previous roles in companies like Diversey, Inc. and Curvature, Inc. MacIntyre will receive an annual salary of $235,000 with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and benefits, along with a $40,000 sign-on bonus. This appointment comes with the condition that if she leaves the company within 18 months for certain reasons, the bonus must be repaid. MacIntyre’s hiring involves no family ties or disclosable related party transactions with company executives.
