Trainline Plc (GB:TRN) has released an update.
Trainline PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 70,409 of its ordinary shares, with the transaction executed by Morgan Stanley & Co. The share buyback is part of a programme announced in September 2023, following the authorization from the company’s Annual General Meeting. Post-purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 468,659,921.
