Tradeweb Markets Inc. has appointed Lisa Opoku as a Class III independent director, effective March 7, 2024. Opoku brings two decades of experience from Goldman Sachs and will serve on the board until the 2025 annual meeting. Her extensive background in financial markets and services, including as Global Head of The Goldman Sachs Partner Family Office, positions her as a valuable asset to Tradeweb’s leadership. As part of her director compensation, she’ll receive an annual cash retainer and equity award.
