TP ICap (GB:TCAP) has released an update.
TP ICAP Group plc has bolstered its treasury holdings with the purchase of 57,182 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange, at prices ranging from 206.5p to 211p per share. Following this transaction, the company’s issued share capital is now comprised of over 795 million shares, with more than 21 million held in treasury, impacting the voting rights available to shareholders. The share buyback is part of TP ICAP’s ongoing capital management strategy.
