TP ICAP Group PLC has recently executed a buyback of 28,903 of its own shares through broker Peel Hunt LLP, with the highest price per share at 208.5 pence and the lowest at 207.0 pence. As a result, the company’s total issued share capital is now 795,390,932 shares, with 21,606,389 held in treasury and 773,784,543 shares available as voting rights for shareholders. This move could potentially interest shareholders in recalculating their stake in the company.
