TP ICAP Group PLC has conducted a share buyback, acquiring 23,392 of its own shares at prices ranging from 206 to 208 pence per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 207.04 pence. The buyback is part of the company’s treasury stock strategy, and following this transaction, TP ICAP’s total issued share capital stands at 795,390,932, with 21,577,486 shares held in treasury.
