Toronto Dominion Bank (TSE:TD) has released an update.
Toronto-Dominion Bank has successfully issued US$500,000,000 in Floating Rate Senior Medium-Term Notes, Series C, due 2025, under a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The notes, set under a 2006 base indenture with The Bank of New York Mellon as trustee, have been examined and are deemed to be valid and legally binding. Legal opinions have been provided by U.S. counsel and are subject to the usual legal and equitable limitations, as well as the application of foreign laws.
