Toronto Dominion Bank (TSE:TD) has released an update.
The Toronto-Dominion Bank has successfully issued a new series of senior medium-term notes, totaling $2.25 billion, under the guidance of U.S. counsel Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. These notes, due in 2027 and 2029, are deemed to be valid and legally binding obligations, enforceable in accordance with their terms. The issuance falls under an indenture agreement, supplemented by a first supplemental indenture, with The Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee.
