Torm A/S (DK:TRMD.A) has released an update.
TORM A/S has announced a capital increase following the acquisition of a 2012-built LR2 vessel and the exercise of Restricted Share Units as part of its incentive program. This capital increase results from the delivery of the sixth out of eight LR2 vessels, with new shares issued and subject to a 40-day lock-up period, though they may be resold in compliance with certain regulations. The capital increase has led to a total share capital of USD 920,944.82, divided into over 92 million A-shares, each with attached voting rights, and the shares are expected to be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
