TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (TKO) has issued an announcement.
TKO Operating Company, LLC, a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings, Inc., has reached a settlement of $335 million in a consolidated class-action lawsuit filed by former UFC athletes over alleged antitrust violations. This settlement, which will be paid in installments, resolves allegations from lawsuits that were initiated between December 2014 and March 2015 and is expected to be tax-deductible for the company. The agreement is pending court approval.
