Tim S.A. (TIMB) has released an update.
TIM S.A. has announced that it will distribute R$200 million in Interest on Shareholders’ Equity (IE) at R$0.082636124 per share, with payments to be made by April 23, 2024. The Fiscal Council expressed a favorable opinion on the proposal, which does not include any monetary restatement index, and shareholders eligible for the distribution will be determined as of March 22, 2024.
