TIM S.A. has announced the approval by its Board of Directors to distribute R$ 200 million as Interest on Shareholders’ Equity, with payments to be completed by April 23, 2024. Shareholders eligible for the payment must be on record by March 22, 2024, and the per-share value of the interest may be adjusted depending on the company’s treasury shares transactions.
