Tim S.A. (TIMB) has released an update.
TIM S.A. has announced the payment of R$1.31 billion in complementary dividends for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, with the ex-dividend date set for April 9, 2024. Shareholders are scheduled to receive dividend payments in three installments on April 23, July 23, and October 22, 2024. The dividends will be paid through B3 S.A., credited to designated bank accounts, or available for collection at Banco Bradesco S/A branches.
