TIGA Trading Pty Ltd has announced that it is no longer a substantial holder in Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd, as detailed in a Form 605 notice dated April 8, 2024. This change comes after a series of market purchases and sales of ordinary shares by associated entities of TIGA Trading. The transactions, ranging from purchases of 5,929 shares to sales of over 1.6 million shares, took place between June 2022 and February 2023.
