TI Fluid Systems has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 250,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 149.42 GBp, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated in October 2023. Following the transaction, the company’s total issued share count will stand at 508,711,049 Ordinary Shares. This move comes as a part of the company’s strategy to return value to its shareholders and manage its capital effectively.
