Ti Fluid Systems (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems has announced the repurchase of 150,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 150.20 GBp per share, with the intention to cancel these shares to adjust the company’s capital structure. Following the transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will stand at 508,961,049. This buy-back is part of an ongoing programme that began on 4 October 2023, with the company having acquired over 11 million shares at an average price of 143.83 GBp since the programme’s inception.
