Ti Fluid Systems (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems PLC has announced the buy-back of 250,000 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 145.32 GBp per share, which will subsequently be cancelled, following their buy-back program initiated on October 4, 2023. This recent transaction is part of a larger initiative where the company has reacquired 10,158,092 shares to date. Post-cancellation, the company will have 510,111,049 shares in issue, and this figure will be the new denominator for shareholders’ notifications.
