TI Fluid Systems has announced the purchase and cancellation of 250,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 148 GBp, as part of its ongoing share buy-back program initiated in October 2023. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights will be 508,461,049 Ordinary Shares. This buy-back activity reflects the company’s commitment to shareholder value and capital efficiency.
