Ti Fluid Systems (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems PLC has announced the repurchase of 250,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 144.8000 GBp, with the intention to cancel them, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated in October 2023. Post-cancellation, the company will have 509,611,049 Ordinary Shares remaining, which will be the new total voting rights count. Since the Buy-back Programme’s start, a total of 10,658,092 shares have been repurchased.
